Embassy of Finland in Singapore is looking for a full time Office Service Assistant/Driver to start working in January 2017.
Duties will include:
Dispatching of official documents and running errands for the Embassy
Supporting the IT-tasks of the Embassy including the CRM
Part of Embassy´s social media team
Handling and coordinating issues relating to the maintenance of the Embassy and diplomatic residences
Taking care of the supply at the office storage
Assisting in security and consular issues
Assisting in customer service
Other duties assigned by the supervisors
Good command of computer skills
Fluency in English
Ability to use different social media channels for professional purposes
Excellent driving skills
Capable of doing handy-man work and coordinating bigger scale works
Able to work independently and under pressure
Service minded attitude, proactive, flexible, good communication and social skills
Salary will be determined based on applicants experience and abilities.
